As a result of workload and an extremely busy order book, we felt it was time to upgrade and invest in new machinery to support the demand. To facilitate this, the factory layout was analysed and redesigned to suit the required models.
We purchased a new CNC Emmegi M4 and CNC Saw Emmegi Classic E, which were installed alongside our existing CNC Emmegi T3A. These purchases means that we can not only improve our production processes, but we can also reduce our lead times, improving customer satisfaction. Better production processes mean more windows and doors being produced every day by our amazing team!
